They are all sized in Photoshop, printed out, and then the pages are hand folded and sealed, fluffy pants! I posted a tutorial on this board a couple years back, I'll see if I can find it!

I made a couple mini book necklaces with Disney Golden Books and I fell in love with them so much that I almost couldn't pack them up to send to their new owner! I may need to make myself some!

I made this Dresden Files charm for a bookmark for the husband, but listening to a Dresden audio book while working made me rethink that because, really,  I just needed another bracelet Wink Included with the book is Harry's pentacle necklace, a hat for his cowboy-inspired attire, Bob's skull, and Mister.

6  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Plushie Hop Cone! on: August 03, 2015 08:44:28 PM
Thanks! We are growing Cascade hops, but won't have useable cones for a while yet. Our most recent beer in the fermenter is an Irish Stout with a mixture of Jameson and caramel reduced to cook the alcohol out so as to promote healthy yeast Smiley Next up is a banana bread Kolsch! What do you brew?

Thanks! They are strange little plants, super fluorescent green cones!

My husband and I brew beer. I also work in the beverage industry, so it is not a stretch that I was looking at a pattern for a crochet dragon egg and realized that I NEEDED to make a plushie hop cone. Here it is!

It stands about 8" from tip to stem and is done with less than one skein of Loops & Threads Impeccable in Grass for the cone and a handful of Red Heart in Spring Green for the leaves.

In process shot:

It took about 4-5 hours off and on and approximately 3 beers to make.
I love it, and will probably make another and use them for decorations on my couch or something!

9  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Filet Hearts Baby Blanket on: July 18, 2015 08:32:38 PM
Just a quick baby blanket done for my hairstylist who is due in August. Smiley I added a red ribbon to differentiate the tiles and border.
