6  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / From plain knee high boots to cool ankle boots on: July 08, 2012 05:05:14 PM
I started off with a pair of pleather knee high boots I got for 7 in the January sales this year. I cut them down to just above ankle hight the me and my glue gun got happy because pleather is a bugger to sew. I made the flap bits by cutter spare pleather to the shape I wanted then covering with the awesome skull and roses material. I then stuck them on the boots with a pair of buttons and charms on the back to hide bumpy bits where the two ends meet. This took me about 2 hours not including time looking for my glue gun as I had tidyed it away somewhere new. Roll Eyes
Let me know what you think. I love them to bits and can't wait to wear them. Grin
