Ever heard of it? It's a free to use, 100% customizable e-commerce site! I sell on there, and love it. I would never consider selling elsewhere. I wanted to post here for anyone looking for a good venue to start selling at.
Their admin team is amazing and you get an answer to a question or resolution to a problem within one hour, tops. They know a lot of their users on a first name basis, and are always engaging with their users on FB and Twitter.
Storenvy.com is COMPLETELY free to set up on and sell from. They don't take any percentage of your sales, or charge a listing fee. You can have UNLIMITED listings. Listings do not expire.
You can customize it easily by changing font colors, link colors, background colors, background images and uploading a banner, OR completely alter the CSS and rebuild the look of your store.
I have an entire blog post ranting about how AWESOME they are, but that's the gist of it. Thought I would share! I love helping others get started on there, it's truly been an amazing experience for me and helped me grow my business more than I ever expected to!
Here are a few of the monster plushes I have made recently and have up for grabs on my site!!! I made them in May for a big craft show in KC called Strawberry Swing IFC. I have dozens more to post but they all have my watermark on them that has my URL so I can't add those here.
Hi guys! I'm Cody. I've actually been on this site a while but mostly, I lurk. I make monster plushies and storage for kids in the form of Mon-stors which eat toys, or laundry, or whatever. I love to sew, but I can also knit, crochet, sculpt, paint ceramics, etc. I have dappled in jewelry making and such but it's not really my forte. Usually when I sew it is for my monster making biz, Lu & Ed, but honestly I just really love to make monsters - if I didn't sell them I would have run out of people to gift them to long ago, as well as probably went broke buying fabric. I put up a post recently in the kids project section if you wanna see my most recent things. I also enjoy quilting, too!
I have a blog I keep up, and I own a brick and mortar store called Daft Crafts in Independence, MO. It's a small shop that sells quirky handmade things. I love doing it, it's so much fun!
I am engaged and I have one six year old son. Ummmmm, I think that's all that is relevant. Thanks for having me! I hope to make lots of new crafty friends here!
Hey guys! I have been absent for a while - I opened a brick and mortar store called Daft Crafts in Independence, MO. It's a shop to sell handmade stuff, and we have art education workshops and stuff to teach different mediums, like clay sculpting, jewelry making, wire wrapping, bead making, etc. Fun things to get out and do in a group! It has kept me very busy, as well as nanny gigs, being sick, and house hunting. Anyway! These are Mon-stors! They can be used to hold toys, laundry, etc. They are my most recent creations. I have more in the works too - I DESPERATELY need to restock my online store!
