It's been awhile since I made an entirely new design, but I'm trying to come up with a balance where by I can actually get chores done, accomplish some goals, remake old stuff to sale and still create new designs which is the part I love best =) It is hard though, health issues and 'stuff' going on at home make focus so difficult, but I'm trying, and am hoping this gets me off to a good start. This has actually been on paper for about 6 months! Am so glad I finally found the inspiration to bring it off the paper and to the clay =)

BTW the photo doesn't even remotely do it justice, well, IMO  Tongue Me and my mica powders lol I used a blue and purple on this and some metallic pastes. I think the best part of mica powders are how easily and wonderfully they blend, if you haven't tried them you are missing out.

Thankyou Awen, Wan, and X!

No tut needed to make the plugs, it's a simple matter of matching the dimensions of the drive, you simply need something to 'hold' the space while making the sleeve and curing.  Like was said in another post, so many things you can use. I happen to use PC and it is literally a rectangular piece of PC, nothing more complicated than that. If your drive is longer, you probably want to consider other materials as a long piece of PC may be hard to remove even with a release.
