Four prints, that make up a set, can you see the pink line? it goes round the whole thing anyway. i love them.

So these are just three from a pretty extensive range. its pretty endless what you could do. i'm working on some cupcake pins aswell, to put on the specific birthday cards. i left these ones blank, coz my mum wanted to buy them. bless her Wink

close up of the purple one

a quick question for you all, i'm a glutten for anything with visible stichting. that includes cards! so i love the inside of the card looking like this:

does that look really unfinished to you all? i covered up two of the cards for my mum, because she prefers them that way

i just wondered what all your preferences were! call it market research!

17  Flying birds clutch in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by rhicooqui on: October 27, 2005 08:14:40 AM
So this really, was knocked together pretty quickly. i make cards and things with these birds on, and i just wondered what a clutch would look like. just a standard lined zipper with a wristlet, but i can get away with calling it a clutch ;o) the lilac material is actually sparkly.

i really need to get me a digital cam....

18  Rainbowlicious in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by rhicooqui on: October 23, 2005 01:50:02 PM
I made this coz one of my friends used this word a while ago, and i thought "ooo bag!" lol. After getting her permission to use it of course Wink This is what happened. Its lovely gorgeous chunky black cord, and the rainbow is your bog standard felt Smiley i've got more in the pipeline from it, ie. startastic etc etc, in different bag types.
Hope you like! :s

mmm monster material!

and the all important first time sloppy embroidery!

19  Princess Jess and her 18th Birthday (Tuns of pics) in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by rhicooqui on: October 18, 2005 05:38:26 PM
Well it was one of my best friends birthdays way way back in feb now, and i made her a personalised story book. I've been far too lazy to hook my scanner up, but insomnia does wonderful things to people!
Its basically some chunky cardboard painted, trimmed with black ribbon, and the pages held together with pretty ribbon.  The story included all things that she loves/inside jokes. Theres feely bits on most of the pages, not least because her dress throughout is sparkly. Her main companion for the adventure was her cat Beth. This project was a total labour of love! I couldn't possibly show you all the pages even though i would love too! but i've selected a few Shocked) Coz the story is pretty specific i've just shown mainly some of the pics....

20  Pretty in frames in Completed Projects by rhicooqui on: September 03, 2005 04:49:53 PM
So my very first picture post, slightly scary. I figure these should go here because i have no idea where else they would go!

These are made for my friends birthday/housewarming present, they are her three favorite colours.

They are basically some plain frames, painted, then little minature "arts" inside, with some quotes relating to the colour. The pink one is funny coz the little tag is a bit 3D.

Fingers crossed that the images worked huh!
