I recieved from LaughingLark today, and oh my god.... all the stuff I got! It took me at least 10 minutes to go through everything. She did SUCH a good job. Wow! Ok, so here's the cool stuff I got.
Oh yeah, she granted my wish of homemade jewelry
Here are three dragonfly charms with matching ribbon (so cool!), a butterfly cuff (wow, she's a good stalker. She saw I was in the cuff swap and thought I'd like it. Well, I love it!), and two butterbly pins.
Here's a close-up of the dragonflies. Aren't they so pretty!
Here are two necklaces (one has a butterfly charm on it, and the other has butterfly beads throughout), a teal and purple bracelet with a huge rock in it (wow, I can say that I do wear a big rock with no commitment!), an awesome pair of purple earrings (she said that she took the flowers off of a dress, painted them, and put them on posts. Oh boy did I need new posts!), and three Victorian-era-like button-like-things (that are going to be pins so I can wear one to my job interview on Monday).
And here's a close-up of the buttons and the earrings
I forget what these are called (glass marbles?), but I do love them. Unfortunatly, they don't photograph well, but they are so cool! I guess I have to pull out some wire and make into something (maybe a bracelet or a necklace, I don't know yet.)
And here's an action shot of the earrings, one of the dragonfly necklaces, and the butterfly cuff. Yes, that weird white tube in my ear IS a hearing-aid, and yes, I'm proud of them!
Again, thank you so much, LaughingLark (Kris)! Everything was wonderful, and the storm didn't affect anything!
