Have you considered selling the pattern?I know I'd buy it for 10-15 bucks! I'm just finishing up an Amy Butler weekender, but this one looks alot easier and is even cuter!

14  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Sew-in interfacing on: September 27, 2006 03:40:43 PM
I'm using heavy weight, sew-in interfacing for the first time. If I am making a bag out of this, should I sew it to the main fabric like I would iron on regular interfacing, or should I just sew it in when I sew the lining and outside fabric together?

Thanks!

I am making an Amy Butler style weekender bag, with the same sort of fabric. Being that I am not going to be washing this bag in the machine, do I need to pre wash the fabric?

THanks so much everyone! He really is a joy. We've had quite a few pugs (used to do foster), and this is our first baby.

The pattern is a Fiber Trends, so it wasn't free. BUT, it has 3 different sweater pattern, one ribbed, one ribed with hearts, and the fake cable one. AND they are in every size. TH epattern is only 6.00 too. :O I was really happy to have found it.

He is ok with wearing the sweater most of the time, but will run around is circle trying to reach it to get it off. It's pretty fun, since pugs can't actually reach their behinds.

chloe: I bet that is because it's so cold up there. There are breeders that will ship puppies, if you don't have any other options. My guy looks all offended when I take him out in the mornings just here in KS. lol.

I just can't show my little guy off enough! I used a fantastic Fiber Trends pattern for this one.

20  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: book club... is it worth it? cheap knitting books? on: February 10, 2006 01:45:29 PM
Dude, I will take the extra book selection over that crappy free bag that mypoints gives (though I would love to have the points so my dh and I can hit red lobster. lol)

Thanks for the tips guys! Do you happen to know if they ship books separately if one isn't in until March?  Shocked
