1  Yellow Yoga Bag in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by coreisten on: October 21, 2008 03:58:29 PM
This was my first time working with a lace pattern, and I think it came out pretty good!

Close up of the lace:

I can't wait to take it to yoga on monday!

2  First Cardigan in Knitting: Completed Projects by coreisten on: October 20, 2008 04:28:53 PM
I started the Go Everywhere, Go with Everything cardigan from Sn'B three years ago. I only had half a sleeve left when I put it down for a year the first time. I picked it back up, finished it, sewed it together and then didn't bother to weave in the loose ends or crochet on the boarder. Then last night out of nowhere I got it out and finished it. It's a little to short for me, but it looks okay with a long shirt.

Chickpea salad sandwich!

Pasta salad!

Tortilla Soup

I have a lot more. I should probably set up a flickr.

(Oh, and to the OP, good job on going vegan!)

4  High waisted skirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by coreisten on: February 17, 2008 12:05:32 PM
Project I recently completed for school. First project I've gotten all possible points on:

High waisted skirt with yoke and pleat. The fabric is an old bed sheet I found at goodwill that doesn't wrinkle, ever.

5  Casette Tape Cases in Completed Projects by coreisten on: April 26, 2007 05:45:58 PM
My boyfriends record label is putting out a cassette tape by the band The Capstan Shafts. He asked me to help with the packaging.

They're made from recycled toilet paper rolls that have been folded and machine stitched together on the sides. After that we had to go back and loosen up the stitches so the tapes would fit in.
The band drew the art work which we made into stickers and stuck on the front of the tape cases and the side
The red line is just a cute decorative paint job
The tapes have all been hand dubbed
Only 100 copies were released because it was a lotttt of work

DIY!

6  Dinosaur Fabric Dress in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by coreisten on: April 03, 2007 07:29:15 PM
I made a halter top out of this quite awhile ago. It's been reborn in dress form (pun intended):

It actually looks a whole lot better on me.

7  Red and black houndstooth in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by coreisten on: January 15, 2007 01:46:47 PM
It's been awhile Craftster.

No before pictures sadly. Just picture the following as 12 sizes too big, long sleeved and with a hemline reaching to mid calf.

I'm not mad I swear! This'll probably be needed to worn with some tights. It's a tad skimpy.

Detailzzzzzzzz.

9  Honest Opinions Only/ Polka Dot Skirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by coreisten on: August 05, 2006 11:55:26 PM
so I made this skirt expecting it to be WAY less poofy than it actually is. I cant decide if I like it and I'm getting mixed reviews from everyone. So my question is do I leave it like this, or do I chop it off mid thigh and make a nice little mini skirt?

10  Dinosaur Halter Top in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by coreisten on: August 05, 2006 02:24:15 PM
So I made this using the BEST FABRIC EVER and the "bird on a branch tank top" method of banding. I think it turned out great. Pardon me trying to look enthused. It's 4 in the morning.
