Welcome to our first annual Holiday Bazaar @ Rock Church! The information below will provide you with everything you will need to know about our bazaar, vendor space, set -up times, shopping times, what you can expect throughout the bazaar! After reading the information below simply fill out the attached vendor application along with $25 and send it to: Kelly Davidhizar (Coordinator) 4929 Plantation Street, Anderson, IN 46013 before September 15th . Booth space is on a first come first serve basis, so don’t delay! Contact Kelly @ (765) 640-8168 for any questions.
Here’s what you can expect…as you enter into the church’s foyer it will be decorated for the holidays! Christmas trees, lights, music and aromas of hot chocolate & cookies will fill the air preparing our guests for just the right setting to shop! At the door we will be handing out flyers with all vendor information & a map of where each vendor is located in the building.
Vendor space is available for rent inside the sanctuary, which will also be decorated for the holiday season! We will have 20 booth spaces available. for $25 per space. Rent will include: a table - approx 8ft (may bring your own table upon approval), two chairs, business information printed in our flyer, advertisement on local radio, our church sign, and throughout South Madison County! Each vendor is invited to set-up on Friday, November 12th from 5:00-7:00pm. Saturday, November 13th, the doors will open to vendors @ 6:30am. There will be breakfast available for purchase to all vendors starting @ 7:00am. After the bazaar is concluded we would ask that tear down be complete by 5:30pm, to allow us to set-up for church the next day!
Our bazaar will also include a space downstairs in our fellowship hall for a variety of shopping opportunities! Including…Rock Church Country Kitchen - serving breakfast from 7:30am-10:30am with Biscuits & Gravy, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Tea and our favorite HUGE homemade cinnamon rolls!!! Serving lunch from 11:00am-2:00pm- featuring homemade Chicken & Noodles with mashed potatoes! Rock Church County Crafts - which will display a variety of handmade crafts from the Women’s ministry in our church! Including items like handmade tie blankets, ornaments, pen holders, children’s hair accessories, plastic crafts and lots more! Grandma’s Bakery Shop - you will want to make sure you stop by this shop before you leave! It will be stocked with all kinds of homemade candies, cookies, pies, cakes, cookies in a jar, soups in a jar, etc! Stop by to purchase a sweet treat or take some home to share with family and friends for the holidays!
