The fabric is beautiful and it looks great on you!

This is so awesome. Thrifty crafts like this feel so rewarding, and you look great.

If only you had a small bus with you, like the ones in Playskool sets...

Also, improvisational stuffing FTW.

This is the greatest costume idea ever. Simple but instantly recognizable.
14  CLOTHING / Costumes: Completed Projects / Re: Black, teal, and copper Steampunky Fun! on: August 11, 2010 07:32:46 PM
This is absolutely stunning. All your work is very detailed and it makes all the difference. I hope there are more events you can wear this to.
15  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: My son's first sewing lesson on: August 11, 2010 06:05:42 PM
Man, he's such a cutie!

I remember my dad showing me how to use the sewing machine (mom was busy crafting...) and the first project I made was a sleeping bag for my Beanie Babies using sample upholstery fabric. It was pre-cut! LOL!

Lol, deviled egg.

I've been thinking of making something similar, but for birth control pills instead. The cases they come with are super boring and ugly.
17  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Ruffley fluffy puff! (ie. two skirts + blouse) on: August 09, 2010 06:36:01 PM
Puffy sleeves! That blouse is my favorite, and it looks great on you.

I am so jealous of the floral cami. The detailing is a great touch and I love the pattern.
19  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: ~Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes Store Apron~ from Harry Potter on: August 09, 2010 06:25:24 PM
This is such a fun idea! I can just picture a Weasley wearing this, clashing gloriously with their hair.

That cardigan really dresses it up and that light cream/off white color looks great on you.
