1  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Sailor Mercury Amigurumi on: March 27, 2011 05:33:02 PM
Hi everyone Smiley

I just completed another Sailor Scout to add to my Sailor Moon amigurumi collection. I give you: Sailor Mercury Cheesy

Isn't she cute? Tongue Next up, probably Tuxedo Mask. Smiley

Here are the other Sailor Scouts (plus Beryl) that I've made thus far. Smiley

2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Sailor Moon Stuffie Swap on: February 18, 2011 08:09:10 PM
I just finished up a tiny Sailor Moon swap and was craving more Sailor Moon crafting, so what do you guys think of a Sailor Moon stuffie swap?

The stuffed item could be sewn or crocheted or knitted or whatever other means there are to make a stuffed creation. Cheesy

3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Diorama Swap on: January 30, 2011 05:01:20 PM
Who out there would be interested in participating in a diorama swap.

Awesome example here => http://www.etsy.com/transaction/20982058

But a google search will show a big variety of them. Smiley

I thinking we would pick a theme or a setting we really like, and our partners would make the diorama around that.

Thoughts? Smiley
4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Sailor Saturn, Venus and Indiana Jones amigurumi on: January 29, 2011 04:31:56 PM
I've been really into making famous characters with amigurumi Cheesy

Here's a few finished projects I've made. Smiley

I made Indiana Jones as an extra item in the Three Tiny Movie Things swap.  I hope my partner, prettyrustyrobot, enjoys him. Smiley

Next up is Sailor Venus and Sailor Saturn. Smiley

I under-stuffed Venus's head... x__x

I plan on making all the Sailor Scouts. Up next is probably Sailor Jupiter. I'm saving Moon for last, as she's the most popular. Smiley

I'm always looking to improve so please don't hesitate to give your honest opinion of them!!! Thanks! Smiley
5  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Dungeons & Dragons Themed Swap? on: October 07, 2010 04:22:44 PM

Would anyone be interested in participating in a Dungeons and Dragons themed swap? Cheesy

We could expand it to any pen and paper role playing swap.

If no one express interest in this, I think I'll give up on swap theme ideas! haha Smiley
6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Mass Effect Swap? on: October 06, 2010 06:04:22 PM

Would anyone be interested in participating in a Mass Effect swap? ^__^

Create crafty items of our favorite Alliance solider, Shepard and his/her companions. Smiley Like Kaiden! <333

Anyone interested? Please? haha ^__^;;  This would be so much fun!
7  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Make an action figure/figurine swap? on: October 05, 2010 05:43:21 PM
Does that sound interesting to any one? Basically, for your swap partner you'd make some action figure/sculpture/figurine of maybe one of their favorite characters.

The sculpture wouldn't have to be anatomically correct or anything, just as long as effort was put into creating it.  I'm no great sculptor myself, so I'd hate discourage others who think as me. Smiley

I'd say for the sculpting medium we'd use polymer clay. Smiley

Here's a spiffy example if your partner was a Sailor moon fan Cheesy

It could be more general to any polymer clay item.  Thoughts? Smiley
