Well i thought id share my goofy story!! my advice, dont start a project with not enough yarn to finish it!!
about a month ago i decided to knit a big over size yummy shawl/poncho. I am a new knitter and i learned this lesson hard!!
I picked this beautiful Homespun:Williamsburg  321 and started to knitt away. Shortly after that guess what happened???
YEP, Martha decided to wear a poncho home with similar colors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could cry.
I am signed up to get emails from Lion Brand and shooting thorugh my in box was the yarn's and pattern to make martha's shawl............so, i share with you this great poncho knitting link, and ask you not to use HOMESPUN WILLIAMSBURG 321 SO I CAN FINISH MINE!! Smiley
I make almost daily visits to craft stores toget it..no luck!!

After receiving the largest number of requests ever for a single pattern, Lion Brand has created a new, free Homespun pattern to match the poncho that Martha Stewart wore upon her return home.
