1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / ponytail-hairband-colette how to?? on: February 19, 2012 10:46:07 AM
 So recently Ive seen a lot of these 80's-like ponytails-hairband-colette( Huh) and thought it was a very easy project,but I step up in a problem, when I try to turn right side out the piece of fabric it ends in an infinite loop  Undecided .  I hope you can help me solving this mistery  Roll Eyes.

I've been searching for a pattern for a dress like this ,but I don`t even know how it's called the neck part(boat???)

I want do this dress with a fabric named shantung(?)have you ever tried with it? any suggestions Huh
any help would be apreciated

So... I was watching the not so new video ''Party rock anthem '' by Lmfao and realiced that they were dancing with  awesome canvas shoes and thought'' I can do that ......,but better'' ........and these came out

and beacuse they couldn`t be LMFAO shoes without zebra print....

They are so comfy ,and make me want to dance around like an idiot  Cheesy,

Thanks to Alexus1325 I could make a T-shirt out of 1 yard of fabric ,I found the pattern on burdastyle but forgot to save de page   Roll Eyes
The photo don`t shows really well the top, but I`m too lazy for taking more photos Tongue

and the sleeves have nice little bow  Smiley

SO........... I have this awesome and beautiful grey t-shirt-like cotton and cannot find any nice top pattern  please help me ,mostly of the patterns I`ve tried are for 1.5 yard :/

i have my machine for about 8 months but I only started using it frequently now, because i'm in vacations(It's summer here in Chile) ....Well I made this skirt with no pattern and it can be high waisted(thinked in that way)or low waisted .I can make a tutorial if you want,but it`s pretty easy to do(i made it in about 2 hours and i'm VERY SLOW) Tongue

you can't notice in the picture but it have a black elastic in the waist

Ijust made this pig out of pink polar fleece and  a martha stewart`s pattern and i think it turned really cute hehehehe.I named it Mr. Piggie (not so imaginative , I know)so here it is :
