1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / "fan" pattern? on: October 11, 2006 08:40:09 AM
I've seen this lovely scarf from Cath Kidston:

http://www.cathkidston.co.uk/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=250-38-65-2&cid=knitwear1&pcidl=&vid=190756&language=en-GB
I would like to make a shawl with a similar "fan" pattern.
Would anyone know what the stitch pattern is?
thank you!

Hi
I'm based in California and would love to get a copy of the Patrones magazine (winter 2006/7).
I would swap it for something of similar value: Martha Stewart's Living Magazine, Blueprint magazine, Domino Magazine.. Crochet/knitting magazine.. or any current magazine of your choice.
If you're interested, you can contact me at this email address:

Hello,

I'm planning on knitting a pair of booties for a friend of mine who will be having a baby in a few months. I've seen a lovely pair of booties, the dainty by Erica Knight, on several knitters blogs. I dont really want to get the whole book just for one project. Would anyone know where i can get a free pattern of a similar modele?

thanks!
