My husband and I are entering our gardening work from Austin,Tx. He IS the creator and I am the "go-to gal". I do have my fair share of creating but mainly pots. Please enjoy and tell us what you think. Here are pictures of veggie and herb gardens, and just some different ladscaping around. Some of the pictures are of the begining of spring, and then now summer time.

3  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects / Jamaican beach chime on: June 06, 2006 03:47:12 PM
So I was married in Jamaica, on 4-1-2006, and I collected some shells and such while I was there in a few different beaches, mainly ones with little holes so I could spruse up a little Jamaican hanging light thingy I got from some of the "crafters" on the beaches. I instantly thought it would look nice as a chime(its made out of a sea bean)for a crafty wedding something, I could make for myself, as a reminder of that time. Well, I finally made it and thought I would share it cause I luv it.

here it is with its friends on my porch

6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Skull Flowerz on shirt & hair dillies..pic heavy on: February 27, 2006 10:41:22 AM
OK so I have a HUGE pile of clothes that I have as a reconstruction pile and got on it a little last night after I made these little flowerz with skull heads in the middle, I also made some for my reception/shower that are a little more wedding style, but since my wedding is Day of the Dead themed, then they fit right in. Here is a picture of the shirt with my little pink flowerz. I altered the shirt a little since it was too big..bringing up the straps and then embellishing it! the second picture is of the flowerz I have that can wrap around your ear or clip it in your hair. Its sturdy enough to just stick it right in an updo if you want! Which I will be doing at my wedding, which is in JAMAICA in one month! YEA!* ok heres the pics*

and some little velcro barrettes for my nieces

7  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Wonder Woman on: January 21, 2006 10:34:18 PM
OK so my love of Linda Carter isn't pshycotic yet, but since we have the same name, and I do claim to be a super hero sometimes...I justify idolizing and displaying her for all to see!  OR BUY!
8  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Glitter Art...Dia de los Muertos....sugar skulls....AND a BIG Marilyn Monroe on: January 21, 2006 10:10:14 AM

9  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Mosaic bathroom countertop on: November 16, 2005 10:00:17 AM
I finished my bathroom a few weeks ago, but have finally gotten around to posting a pic of my work.
It started out as some type of yellow plaid wallpaper on the countertops, and ended up taking that off, and what was left was an ugly goldflecked cream formica and I had to cover it, so I ended up superglueing down glass pieces, with lots of orange and blue to match my bathroom, and then grouted it in! I LOVE how it turned out and hope you do too!
The beginning

all glued in but not grouted

finished and grouted and ready for wear
