I didn't know you could do that.. does the paint come off eventually? I would just get a small bottle of Armour Etch and a cheap brush and etch it.

I whipped up some ornaments a few weeks ago. I etched 3" round clear glass balls. Thought they would make good gifts for my co-workers, especially if I put an initial one one side and Christmas 2010 on the other
