Me and my hubby just watched that episode the other night.
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Revamped Goodwill night-stand on: July 22, 2010 08:03:34 AM
I got this from Goodwill as an ugly, brow, cheap night-stand for 10 bucks. After a bunch of coats of semi-gloss white paint and some acrylics, i make something that looks a bit more presentable (I hope). Lately, Ive been kind of obsessed with white furniture with painted designs on them. Im thinking of making more.

Let me know what you think. Im not very happy with the way the front looks - I did not realize how hard it is to pain on a vertical surface, so my hand was wobbling so much, making some branches look way thicker than I wanted them to be.

That's really cute!
What kind of fabric did you choose (so it doesn't leak), or did you use a shower curtain liner for the inside?
