1  (pants to skirt) times three (times four photos of each) = 12 photos.... in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Bumbling Fool on: April 01, 2005 11:45:45 PM
So, I have gained weight since I bought most of my clothes, and as such, they don't fit me. So... I have a huge pile of things that I plan to re-make, and... here are my first three.
I'm sorry about the terrible dirty-mirror pictures. It was one in the morning when I was taking them, so.... not really anyone around to do my photos for me.
I left my feet in some of the photos, so you can see length and tell which part of the skirt it is.

My first one:
This was, once upon a time, a pair of Walmart pants. I think I wore them twice. I like it much better in this new form.

weird angle, but good color.

My second skirt:
Made from kid-sized pants that I got at a thrift store.
When I finished this, I decided that I really really didn't like it. I'm starting to like it a little more now, though. I am most likely going to give this to a friend of mine (if she wants it.)
The fabric started to scare me right around when I noticed that it was bending my pins....

aaaaand... the third skirt:
Made from some caprees (how do you spell that?) that I bought at a thrift store... (they look bad on me, 'cause of my short legs, but... the fabric is pretty!) and some fabric my mom had.

front... the triangles stick out kind of funny, 'cause the fabric is lighter than the red stuff

So.... yeah. That's kind of a lot of pictures.....
