61  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Random stamped and painted works on: March 05, 2012 11:33:22 AM
I just did these the other day just for fun.  The first was just made by cutting out the shape of the crow to use it as a outline.  I just added the branch for them to sit on.

These are more yarn stamped works.  I am loving the yarn wrapped stamp look so much i do this all the time now.

These i got the idea from pinterest.  you take the bottom of a 2 ilter bottle for the "flower" stamp.

and some just random paintings that i did to use up the paint i had out.

62  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Crumpled on: March 04, 2012 11:02:47 AM
I made this just using a piece of crumpled notebook paper that i used as a stamp.  I actually really like it and think it has a marble type look.

thanks! i like the idea of using a newspaper with a different language.  That might be something i look into.  I love the look of the middle eastern writting so that might be nice.

I made this the other day.  I found an old school desk at Savers for 7$ and decided to cover it in newspaper.  I just cut strips of newspaper and used Mod Podge to apply it.  I also added glitter because i felt like it so there.  full pics on my blog.

I really like doing these stamps.  I did this the same way as the last one, but this time i added color to the background first.  I really like it so Im happy.

67  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Soda syphon cartridges on: February 22, 2012 05:52:52 AM
yeah i was going to say like those straps of bullets like rambo wears.  Are the hollow?  i have seen a bunch of little necklace planters that you put stuff inside.  I have seen them on pinterest.com here http://pinterest.com/pin/231724343296544778/

those would make nice ones i think if its possible.
68  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Give the clock a new "face" on: February 18, 2012 01:36:44 PM
Where i work there is a "free" table that people bring things in that they dont want anymore.  Usually its like old vhs tapes or coffee mugs but the other day i walk by and this beauty it sitting there.

So i took it home and made it into this

I think it gives off an Edgar Allen Poe vibe.
69  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / First Yarn Wrapped Stamp Try on: February 18, 2012 01:03:19 PM
I have seen a couple things like this around so i decided to try it out.  I used just some yarn that i wrapped around one of my other block stamps.  Then i dipped the yarn stamp in food coloring and black acrylic paint and made these.  I have more photos and info on my blog if you want to see more.http://myvaliantefforts.blogspot.com/2012/02/look-out-for-stamp-ede.html Cheesy
