So I have a great place to get awesome leather.  I always want to buy it and do so many things with it but I could never think of what.  Finally I got a...hmm im blanking on the name but the pizza cutter type thingy for cutting fabrics.  Anyhoo I decided to try out some leather post earrings since I am really getting into the jewelry making I would love to be able to use this great stuff for earrings.  Here are my first attempts.

They are made with natural leathers, the lighter brown is more of a suede type and the darker is more of a natural texture leather.  I really liked the way these came out and I was already thinking of new things like fringe or chandelier or even just other shapes.

These earrings are some of my new summer favorites.  I love the different tones of gold and the way the looked clustered.  I think these are great for the beach or a summer party...to bad i never go to either

Here are more of the rose post earring I am in love with making.  I was going for an ombre effect with the three pairs of different shades of blue.  I am loving this e6000 but I can already tell that I am going to be over run with projects now.  And I saw a spray e6000 at AC moore!!!!

I found these ax beads and i fell in love, I just knew i had to make these.  I think they need a little something more.  I have seen some with "blood" painted on the blade but i dont know...

I have recently started to try out working with E6000 and making stud type earrings instead of dangle ones.  I myself like the studs better.  These are the cutest little blue rose stud earrings that are made from resin rose beads.  I made other colors also but i didnt want to overload with pics!!

Thanks

They are just red beads that have a little gold "antiquing" i guess you would say around the edges.  I love them!
