no idea if this is on purpose, but the size and fitting of the ad just seemed kind of odd. Actually, it didn't seem like an ad at all because all it said was "DELL" with nothing beside it (but when I clicked on it it brought me to another site, so it IS an ad.)

here's Harry the de-stashing monster. He's being hypnotized to destash. I made him from scratch in the computer to be our de-stashing mascot. I have another version of him done that I'll post in a few weeks.

here are some ideas I (badly) whipped up in Paint. By silver I meant charcoal gray...


This one's simple, but It would both match the color scheme, and it would make it look like you really match the bridesmaids' dresses, as if your dress is the more elegant version of theirs.



this one I messed up on, but you get the idea. 2-3 fabric flowers in charcoal gray/silver or any other color you want them.Then a series of three or four large-ish rhinestones in the same color, dangling off the last flower. The problem with this is that it requires a lot of patience because if the placement is a bit off, It could look to kitschy or grandma-like.

My brother's birthday is coming up, so I decided to make him an Iron-man Paper-piece, because he likes Iron-man, but now I'm not so sure it's going well.
Iron-man's armor has so many pieces, I'm afraid that it looks like a big gray blob (I am making the silver suit).

so... My entry's a peeking mama. What is it, you ask?
well in all her craftiness, mama sure loves playing a good old game of craft hide-and-go-seek (just made that up )
Here she is, hiding in a black hole. Her hands are peeking out, as she makes sure you're not there.

mama is 100% paper excluding hands., she is fully pixelated, out of HUNDREDS of punched flowers, true to her gardening mind. I used a flower punch. She is made out of card stock, and poster board for the white background. I did not cut the shapes of details out, and added flowers to make it pixel-like, But I built her one by one. This took sooo long, as my hands would get sore, for card stock is thick. Stupid me used photo shop to pixellate, which gave me way more pixels than needed, and I followed that and glued everything on, and only halfway I saw you could use paint to produce an image with bigger pixels, but the picture is still clear. my original plan was to do a life size mama, but I soon realized it was crazy. She's a bit square, only because my posterboard wasn't wide enough. She is all flowers, and her hands are plush. yes, the size of the hole compared to the head is disproportionate, but who cares?

I might be a bear, but i'm a bit iffy at the moment..
here's my idea sketch-y thing.:

I made it. i used extra sugar because our cocoa powder that I found (I later found a sweet one) was grossly unsweetened and bitter. I added a bit of strawberry extract to add a good scent, And since I have HUGE eggs, I used a bit less then half and egg, scrambling it in a separate bowl, then pouring in, also a microwaved it a bit less because I like moist cake. Sorry I forked through it before the picture, I was checking to see if it was fully baked.
