22  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Graduation Announcements on: May 22, 2008 01:22:03 PM
What a great idea! I'll be graduating from college in December. I might "borrow" your idea (with my own images and text of course). Your's look great by the way. I just got one in the mail from my lil sister and she used the normal ones everyone uses...not nearly as cool or nice looking as yours!

Yay!! I worked this morning, so I was anxious all morning making lattes and trying to guess who I would get! Needless to say, I had lots of inspiration and now I'm dying to start crafting!

I just signed up! I'm on a break from school so this is perfect...plus I work at Starbucks so ya know I'm addicted to coffee (and tea...one of the few at my store who actually drinks the stuff) I can't wait to start crafting!
25  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: First Reupholster - Awesome New Couch on: May 04, 2008 04:26:59 PM
I love the fabric you chose. Did you paint the walls as well? The first pic makes them look sort of blue green but in the final pics the walls look much more green. I wasn't sure if you painted or if its just the colors in the fabric bringing it out...
26  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: ground coffee on: April 18, 2008 05:50:33 PM
I'm guessing you don't wanna drink it... Wink You can use it as a body scrub. I hear it is good for circulation and celulite. Also, you can use them for your garden. They have nitrogen which is really good for plants, especially flowers and veggies. This site has a recipe for a body scrub, info about using them in your garden and a recipe that uses them in grilling steak (who knew?) http://www.wholelattelove.com/articles/coffee_recipes.cfm Unfortunatly, though, they all call for used grounds, and I know for sure that they have to be brewed to release the nitrogen for plants, so you may still have to brew them even if you don't drink it...

maybe my link was bad.  I tried pasting the link again and it didn't work but the item is called the Lunch'n Things container and I found it under the On the Go section.
