Hello, Hello. I thought it would be fun to do a book craft swap! Everyone could make a few book marks, book plates, or any craft using a book as inspiration. If you want to be involved, PM me with your name and address. Sign up by April 30th. I'll match you all up on May 1st and send you the info on your swap-mate later that day. Crafts should be sent out by May 12th (Does everyone think that will be enough time?)

Also, to give your gifter an idea as to what you like to read, let's all share our favorite books.
6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re:UN-BIRTHDAY SWAP (sign up closed ; mail your craft by 3/24/04) on: March 28, 2004 07:39:46 AM
I feel like such an ungrateful dork! I recieved my awesome gift on friday - but I was cleaning my house on tuesday and tossed the the paper with my gifters name on it  Cry. I'm soooo sorry! I absolutely love my gift, "_____".  Embarrassed

I opened my mailbox on friday evening and found a HUGE box waiting for me. It was all I could do to wait until I got home to open it!!! The first item that I pulled out of the box was the coolest beatles message board ever! oh my god! It has a red felt frame with an album single "we can work it out" on the upper right side and felt words that say "The Beatles" on the left with cute little felt flowers sprinkled here and there. It was so well done! My gifter also gave me a cute bag filled with lavender simmering potporrie (sarie aboot mi shpelin sckiils -thae stinc). I love lavender! And the last thing that I pulled out of the box were two yummy vanilla smelling oatmeal soaps! I have them out to dry, and every time I pass them I think they're a cookie or something! mmm. . . vanilla . . . ahhh. . . .

I don't have a camera, so I can't post pics of my wonderful gifts. Thank you so my for such lovely pressies!!!
