oh jennie. I want to be in your theater so badly right now! Alas, since I cant, I guess I will have to content myself with sorting my two children, husband and dog. Then mayby points could be given (for chores, saying nice things, etc.) and at the end of the month I can decorate in house colors and do a feast of their favorite foods! Oh! I love this and must now look more into it! Cheesy

I have 6 recipes left to go on my OWL! I would have been done but my family got majorly whammed with this nasty head cold that's been going around. Sad Suck. Oh well. I feel like we are more than half way through it though so I'm hoping to get this OWL done by or on tomorrow... if I can write on the flash cards without PND. Ick.

Hope you all are doing fantastically!

And, Pinkleo, you are so inspiring! I feel another OWL or possibly NEWT coming on charity-themed. You know, I'd never really thought of doing crafting for charity before until this thread and now I'm quite excited about it, so thank you.

Accio stitch markers!!!

Crap! It's not working! I think I need to go to Ollivanders and get me a real wand that works....

So, I know it's Saturday, but I wasn't online yesterday and I do have some OWL updating to do. I am almost done! I've probably about 15 recipes to make 3 copies of, insert all into the books and write each a different letter in the beginning since they are for three different people. I can see the light at the end of a very cramped-finger tunnel!

Hi there! Thanks again for the tutoria! I have a couple commissions to do first, but this is in my list of "I'm making myself something this winter!" list lol. There are only three things on the list, lol, but its first on there. Maybe if I can actually get this one done, I will be more inspired to get out and clean up my garden. Cheesy Thank you again!
And Ill be sure to post pictures and link them you your page.

I see nothing wrong with the Merida costume either! But I totally understand how you feel. I know when something doesn't come out the way I plan, I am totally my own worst critic.

Also loving that beanie! And those Element Babies - so cute!! And I suck at quilting (I've tried, but truly suck at it) and so am soooo looking forward to seeing the awesomeness completed. Cheesy Great job everyone!

@Audania: Wowzers!!  That is some siriusly awesome crafty magic!  Adore all the Brave pieces...the bows so cute!  The nightgowns pics are just adorable!  (No matter when I start, it seems I'm always crafting to the last moment...be it holidays, b-days, or swaps.)  And I LOVE the handles on your Jar Mugs. I will definitely steal be inspired by that idea!  Oh, and so happy to see a Knook piece; I received a deluxe kit for Xmas and want to dive into!  I think I'll have to use the youtube videos tutes because the instructions are whacking with me...though I do love that there are lefty instructions. Grin

Pinkleo, I feel like such a goof! I thought Id posted a note to you on the knooking, but I must have not done it properly *searches for where brain may have fallen behind the couch*
If you havent checked youtube for a video clip on how to do it, I was going to say it sort of reminds me of an afghan or Tunisian stitch (They are the same stitch, just a different name. Weird, I know.) The very first crochet pattern I did was a blanket out of one of my moms magazines from 1977 and it was in afghan stitch. I was really confused when the next pattern I did was for a hat and it was all almost double crochet and I was like what the heck is this? This wasnt in the other one. But now its been years and I guess Id forgotten that I knew how to do it. Ah well. Youtube definitely helps.

Oh wow I love that sweet little gold fish! So cute!
And as an update on my owl, its coming along pretty well! I havent been keeping very well with my 3 recipes a day rule, but still have been progressing. Its actually pretty insane how long it actually takes to write them out.  Depending on how long the original recipe is, sometimes its taken me 30 to 45 minutes to write 3 recipes for each of the 3 books. Ah well. I know theyll be loved and its inspiring me to get an actual desk top computer and printer (one day).

Oh! Do we have a January Detention yet? I didn't see it, but I've been pretty much blind today because of "too much" cleaning. I think I need to make some of Ant Bee's cookies...

And thanks for the love on my crafts, guys! Elli's party was a super hit and the necklaces went over the moon with the moms. Hooray for my first ever project working with charms!

That Tom Riddle diary is too cute. My kids would go bonkers pretending to write in that. Cheesy

Jennie, I'm always amazed at how awesome your charm items are! I adore the stitch markers! I seriously need to get out and make myself some since I always loose those little plastic circle ones and something like yours would be hard to miss.
