Whew! Glad last week is over! It was cram packed with tons of stuff we never do and then I also started working again. I got very little in the way of crafting done but I did manage a last trip to the craft store to get the last of the items I need to do the rest of my projects. I work tomorrow and have to finish up a few things at home but I'm anticipating about an hour and a half of craft time to get through part of a medium I've had set out for ages now. Still, I'm farther behind than I'd like but I'm sure I will still send on time.
This week's question:
Modern Christmas? Or vintage christmas?
I ADORE vintage Christmas decorations! Every year for the last 4 I go to this fab antique shop and look for a "new" decoration. It's usually small thing that doesn't take up a ton of room but is just tops! Last year, I found a small Christmas cookbook from 1952 with all the sweet drawings of people and food. There's only about 20 recipes in it but it goes on the counter, spread open, with some old fashioned ornaments. It's all a mix of handmade and pre- 70's vintage decorations.
