1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / My latest ATC on: September 07, 2012 01:02:14 PM
I made this cute little zombie ATC for one of my friends this past spring. It's been a long time since I've posted!

I used brick printed paper for the background and drew sidewalk lines on a stone printed paper. I found the zombie image via google images and drew it with pencil, outlined with black marker and colored in with pencil crayons. I glued it all down, outlined the edge with black marker (forgot to draw the graffiti, so I added it at this point) and mod podged the whole thing.

Hope you like it!

2  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Cephalopods, steampunk and swirls. Oh, my! on: December 10, 2010 11:16:24 AM
I made this ATC as a Christmas present for a friend. We have much in common, including our mutual love for cephalopods and steampunk. This isn't a very good picture of it, but it captures the gist. (curse you, flash!) Smiley

I hope you like!

3  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / The amazing 2 dimensional, 3 dimensional Christmas Tree! on: December 08, 2010 10:42:01 AM
I prefer a real tree, but this year I was low in funds due to being a student. This wall tree was my solution! I taped some green construction paper together in a triangle, cut it out into the shape of a coniferous tree and put it on the wall. I have a great garland of green with lights on it. After I put that on the tree I used push pins to put my favorite ornaments 'on the tree'. Considering how small the new living room is, this tree was a fabulous way to let my Christmas spirit show! Smiley

4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Link ATC! on: December 01, 2010 03:41:27 PM
I was just in the November ATC swap and this is the ATC that I made for CraftyOctober. I didn't want to put it up until after she got the ATC by post(no spoilers Smiley ). I hand painted the pixelated Link and hearts, then glued them onto a picture from a fairy themed day planner I had saved. I put a line of glue and sprinkled sparkles along the outside of the picture to frame it and mod podged the whole thing. Smiley It was the longest I'd ever worked on one ATC, but I think I'll start doing that with all of them from now on. Quality over quantity! Smiley

5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Coffee, anyone? on: November 24, 2010 09:20:34 AM
I just taught myself to read crochet patterns because I am so in love with amigurumi! This is my first attempt at amigurumi. I had a hard time using a 5.5 mm crochet hook, but it was the only one I had and I was too excited to stop! Lol. I found the pattern online and I can't quite remember where. I'll post it when I find it. Smiley

6  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / A finnish star! on: November 07, 2010 11:58:46 AM
Relaxing at home and decided to make some fun paper crafts to pass the time. Here's a finnish star I found online.

7  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Slightly Fantastic ATC's by Newbie! :) on: November 02, 2010 08:00:30 PM
Here's my second post! Here are some of my first ATC's. They're mostly my favorites because a lot of the others looked too unfinished to post.

I saw this cute little bee and knew he loved the flying little man, they needed to be together on this atc. Smiley

see for yourself
inspired by a sense of adventure, though I don't suggest hang gliding into a forest.

fairy time
I saw a lot of people with wings in posts and absolutely adored it! I decided to turn this hard working diamond carving worker into a more magically occupied creature.

This is the inner lid of one of my craft boxes. I just wanted to make it a bit prettier.
8  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / My first post - Inchies! on: October 25, 2010 12:22:18 PM
I've been reading and commenting for so long, I'm a bit nervous to put up my novice inchies. Smiley

Most of my inchies were made with hand drawn cut outs, with an interspersing of cutouts from an old encyclopedia, stickers, and magazine clippings. I've been collecting crafting stuff for years, and now I feel like there's a place for my paper obsession!

Hope you enjoy!
