1  My latest ATC in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by Seeba7 on: September 07, 2012 01:02:14 PM
I made this cute little zombie ATC for one of my friends this past spring. It's been a long time since I've posted!

I used brick printed paper for the background and drew sidewalk lines on a stone printed paper. I found the zombie image via google images and drew it with pencil, outlined with black marker and colored in with pencil crayons. I glued it all down, outlined the edge with black marker (forgot to draw the graffiti, so I added it at this point) and mod podged the whole thing.

Hope you like it!

3  Re: Ongoing ATC Swap December 2010 in The Swap Gallery by Seeba7 on: January 04, 2011 05:04:34 PM
Suereal, I'm so glad you love the deep sea anglerfish! I have a strange obsession with them myself. Smiley

I rec'd today from Jessiben!

This one is Psychology - Splitting.

I got a great note with it explaining its significant. I think that's a great way of looking at the world, Jessiben! I love the black/white you use in the ATC to show the great contrasts in splitting! Super. Smiley

I also got a few die cut pieces. So cute! I especially love the acorn. Smiley

Thanks Jessiben!

I checked my mail today and received 2 letters from the swap!

I got this sweet Wheel of Time ATC of Aginor from Alchamy513/Jessica.
Love it!

I also got these 2 ATCs from suereal/Susi. I love Gaga! You can also see the most excellent postcard she sent me peeking over the cards. Hehe!

Thanks Ladies, they are so great. I'm going to have to start framing all the ATCs I've received. Smiley

5  Cephalopods, steampunk and swirls. Oh, my! in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by Seeba7 on: December 10, 2010 11:16:24 AM
I made this ATC as a Christmas present for a friend. We have much in common, including our mutual love for cephalopods and steampunk. This isn't a very good picture of it, but it captures the gist. (curse you, flash!) Smiley

I hope you like!

6  The amazing 2 dimensional, 3 dimensional Christmas Tree! in Winter Holidays by Seeba7 on: December 08, 2010 10:42:01 AM
I prefer a real tree, but this year I was low in funds due to being a student. This wall tree was my solution! I taped some green construction paper together in a triangle, cut it out into the shape of a coniferous tree and put it on the wall. I have a great garland of green with lights on it. After I put that on the tree I used push pins to put my favorite ornaments 'on the tree'. Considering how small the new living room is, this tree was a fabulous way to let my Christmas spirit show! 7  Link ATC! in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by Seeba7 on: December 01, 2010 03:41:27 PM
I was just in the November ATC swap and this is the ATC that I made for CraftyOctober. I didn't want to put it up until after she got the ATC by post(no spoilers Smiley ). I hand painted the pixelated Link and hearts, then glued them onto a picture from a fairy themed day planner I had saved. I put a line of glue and sprinkled sparkles along the outside of the picture to frame it and mod podged the whole thing. Smiley It was the longest I'd ever worked on one ATC, but I think I'll start doing that with all of them from now on. Quality over quantity! Smiley

I received today from WideEyedLife!

It came in the mail with a Goofy sticker holding it closed(nice!) and a note in which she described how it was made and gave care instructions. She called it "Goddess of Fashion" and is she ever swanky!

Thanks so much, WideEyedLife(Jess)! I love it! Smiley

9  Coffee, anyone? in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by Seeba7 on: November 24, 2010 09:20:34 AM
I just taught myself to read crochet patterns because I am so in love with amigurumi! This is my first attempt at amigurumi. I had a hard time using a 5.5 mm crochet hook, but it was the only one I had and I was too excited to stop! Lol. I found the pattern online and I can't quite remember where. I'll post it when I find it. Smiley
