I just recently got into watching Dr Who because so many craftsters are obsessed and I just had to know why and when I saw this in the latest projects I thought

"THE DOCTOR! THE DOCTOR! I can finally join in on Dr. related chitter!"

This is so amazing. So much attention to detail. I love it.

what would you like help with? finding a pattern? ravelry has got some lovely ones, though if you keep things basic, i can imagine it shouldn't be too hard to come up with your own pattern.
also, have a look at this beautiful project, might inspire you: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=352749.0

whoah! i'ld love to read about your prgress on it!
justa  thought:instead of cotton rope, you might be able to use cut up t-shirts/fabric as well. Though cost wise it might not really matter ^^
Good luck with your project!!!

Would love to try out something with rainbow colours as well (but with a smaller project, the chance of me letting it hibernate half way through is too big with an afghan haha)
