Hi all, I haven't posted in ages this is the first bit of embroidery I done for a while.  It is a contribution for a gift box to be sent to popular TV show here in the UK . The shows presenter loves animals  & has a small farm that includes goats, I love goats loads too they always look like they are smiling and very happy with their lot. This was taken from a photo of a lovely goat I met last year. It was inspired by Badbirds work, it not as good as her fabulous embroidery I not so good with the details. Thanks for looking

Hi these are two bags I made recently. The man bag is for my friend Anthony's birthday (maths teacher) & the rucksack is for my sister who will be 11 soon who loves pink. Both made from cord, I used printable fabric for the calculator detail on the front of the man bag. Found a great website with loads of pictures old school calculators  . I did make a pencil case to go with my sisters bag but I put the zip in the wrong way round   I'll have to try again !!

hi, I am a beginner at crochet i am just getting to grip swith its starange and wonder ways but I got a bit stumped at this one. Could someone please explain what this pattern is tell me to do I would like to make this scarf from my sister for xmas but my brain hurts when I try to work it out ...

The pattern is from Fuzzy Galore, a super site (http://www.fuzzygalore.biz/patterns/spiral.shtml)

Row 1: chain 80 for the foundation row.
Row 2: ch 2, turn, double-crochet into 3rd chain and then again into every chain till end of row.
Row 3: ch 2, turn, double-crochet into first stitch below, (double-crochet twice into next stitch below)* repeat till end of row.
Row 4: repeat row 3 (each row will be twice as long as the previous one).
Bind off, work ends in with a yarn needle. Do not block.

Its Row 3 I don't get, not sure what its means, just double crochet twice into next stitch or all of the stitches in the row ?

Hi, just finish another clutch/ evening bag  I think I will make myself one too. I make all these bag to sell and for gifts and yet haven't made myself my dream bag. Maybe I should start a thread on what makes a dream handbag ? Thats a hard one I wouldn't know where to start  . Any how here's my new bag it is like one I posted a few days ago but bigger with a zipper pocket, which I am totally addicted to putting in bags now I have mastered them (I was scared for a long time, of putting in zips). I plan to make some more with other sparkly fabric I have & now I know how to make cut out handle bags I think there is no stopping me

Hi, i've just finished this small clutch bag. It is made from copper larme fabric & a black silk lining. I just need some help to price it up would $15 be asking to much its not that big and is more of an evening bag. Would be gratefull for any help

Hi, this is my new bag Plum Pudding. Oh she was hard work, I designed, made the pattern and made the bag all in one day. I love her loads, she is one of the most complicated bag I've ever made what with all the pockets and the zipper pocket inside and the closure flap  she is a variation on a theme on the Jordy square bottomed bag, the fabric is a checked/plaid wool fabric on the outside and the lining is printed cotton chintz with scenes of horses & hounds from days of yore. I used real suede on the flap and the leaf embellishments

Hi everybody this is my new bag SETI, my husbands suggestion something to do with the Ziggy Zaggy lines I have embroidered on the front   I really love the colours and fabric off this bag. Its made from a lime green linen and purple polka dot fabric for the lining and this was my first attempt to put in a zip pocket. I can't tell you what inspired me to embroider this kind off absract pattern it just seemed to make sense at the time the beads where an after thought.

Hi just wanted to share with you guys my new bag Tiny Vintage. The outer fabric is my favorite vintage floral fabric I got from my local charity shop. The lining is a soft lime green linen which matches so very well & the handels I reused from another bag I had (it is so hard to get bag hardware in the UK) The handles are great and they swivel
