11  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Shop the Swap Round 3 Discussion Thread on: June 27, 2007 08:54:07 AM
This is a totally awesome swap but it is time consuming.  Of course, that could just be because I check back every 5 minutes to see if anything new has been posted.  Smiley  Anyway, I volunteer with 4-H and summer is our busiest time so I doubt I will have time.  This week so far I had dog obedience on Monday, a judges and superintendents meeting last night, tomorrow night I try to fit in a yoga class and this weekend is when our small town is doing it's fourth of July celebration!

So, LaughingLark, I hate to be a pest but any chance in the next 4 days you will post a tree pendant or two?  Don't know if I'll able to participate next month so I might miss out on them.  They are so beautamous, I would be sad.

Those mini sheep in the picture are most likely Babydoll Southdowns.

But there are miniature version of several sheep breeds such as Cheviots and Romneys.
They are definitely NOT housepets, although we've kept sheep in our house while bottlefeeding before, but adult sheep even small ones are not housepets.  (We didn't have minis, but regular southdowns and some others.)  They are both a fleece and food breed.  And even fullsized southdowns are adorable!

Ah, LaughingLark, no new Tree of Life pendants?  I'm sad, but understand how life takes over sometimes.

Stuck at work.  Bleh.  But my head is filled with crochet food ideas.  And ideas for two other swaps I'm in, workplace items and tiny birds!

While they should grow in any water, those things grow largest in distilled water.

Sold to atsuko to further fuel her crochet food habit.  Smiley

Two slices of bread.  Each slice is 4.5" x 3.5", so it's perfect for child-sized sandwiches or toast! 1 point for two slices

Wow, Seamus said he is coming over to have dinner with Sully!!

Teehee!  He'd gladly share, he's quite the gentleman.

Well, I have a warning about the pumpkin ice cubes.  The other day after our walk, Sully looked particularly parched so I threw him a pumpkin ice cube.  After chomping down on it, it came directly back up and brought his whole dinner with it, all over the floor.  So watch when you give them.  I think the cold was a shock to his system since he has been outside playing and was hot.

Just sold to atsuko, but if someone wants another set, I can quickly whip up another batch.  Smiley

Four sandwich cookies, two vanilla and two chocolate.  Each cookie is about 1 3/4" across. 1 point for all four
