1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Vibrator Cozy on: June 10, 2004 10:04:32 AM
I'm volunteering for a local sex worker support group and next week they'Re having their annual festival. They had a bunch of sex shops donating things as door prizes, and I'm donating this vibrator cozy. I have a love of the rediculous, hence the googly eyes. I call him Buzz, the bee. Sorry about the crap quality of the pic

2  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / How do you make a garter? on: May 14, 2004 12:17:19 PM
I've been runnning around to various lingerie stores trying to find a garter, but it seems nobody knows what they are anymore, and assume I'm talking about garter belts. Or, they have onnly one whit lace with a bow kind for brides, which is not what I'm looking for (I need someplace to conceal my flask). So, I've decided to attempt making one, but I wonder if anyone could give me a pattern, or tell me how they would go about it. I assume it can't be too difficult as it is just a lace band, but I'm just starting out in sewing, and I'm willing to assume that I could screw even that up.
Thnx!

3  KNITTING / Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller / Who doesn'T like skulls? on: May 13, 2004 11:08:27 AM
Well, I'm the 1000th person to make skull items, lol. I liked the skully sweater, but since I just started knitting (I'm a crocheter first and foremost) I made a wristband instead. I used an intarsia pattern from http://brainylady.blogspot.com/rock-along.htm that I can'T find anymore for some reason  Sad anyhow, here is the finished product
