4  QUILTING / Quilting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Fabric.com: They had my fabric!!! on: June 27, 2010 05:35:41 AM
You know, I've never tried this fabric site but am thinking I might soon.  You design your OWN fabric-- just upload the image/graphic and they'll print it-- just one yd at a time.  I am in in need of finding green ribbon fabric (my husband has kidney cancer, that that's the color of his "ribbon" and orange ribbon as a kidney cancer survivor)

does anyone here happen to know a company already makes the color GREEN on ribbon fabric for cancer awareness?  All I've seen on the market of course is pink ribbon (breast cancer) and red (AIDS)

9  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / Talk About The Swap Process / Re: I'm new to this swapping... on: June 27, 2010 04:44:17 AM
I am also new to swapping and just signed up today.  I can hardly wait the trial period before I am able to swap, once the time and swap is right.  I was peeking around the boards and came across a PURSE & FILL IT swap that blew my mind--wonderful idea and the bags were inspiring--I could do some serious sewing for this one!
