I really love this and I love his expression.

love the softness of it and the blending is great too.

i'm so jealous, by the way, because in all the charcoal things i've ever been forced to do for all my art classes i can NEVER get away without a thousand fingerprints and smudges. KUDOS TO YOU because i don't see a single one! Cheesy

haha, same here. I did a charcoal drawing last year and I actually got complimented on the fingerprint smudges when it was critiqued (even though I tried to erase them). So it's not always bad. Smiley

14  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Greeting Cards [image heavy] on: December 05, 2008 07:32:16 AM
I thought I'd share some of my greeting cards I've made. Tell me what you think and which ones are your favorite/s. Smiley

Also, this is kind of off topic, but I wanted to make a calendar for 2009. Does anybody have any good tutorials or know how to make the calendar format. I was thinking of using an old spiral notebook and just turning it on it's side (and changing the cover and pages), but I don't know if there's a better way to do it. Thanks for any help.

I really like the way your book turned out. Smiley

I love these and I love Chuck Palahniuk. Choke is great (have you seen the movie for it yet?) I think I like the Lullaby one the best (even though I haven't got around to reading that book yet).

these are so cute. i think i'm going to try making some for my shop too, but I was going to use decorative paper instead of cardstock.

Sure, someone can critique mine:

cmarie14, I like your shop. Good pictures and a nice amount/variety of items. It is pretty wordy, but it's not that bad and it doesn't bother me that much. Sometimes, it's kind of annoying when people are too lengthy and you just want to know the basic info. I'd say get rid of anything in your descriptions that isn't really important or might distract away from the item/shop.
