Ooooh, you *need* to go see LB&BB's scarf!!! Check out the spell my name swap I was in, I don't remember what number it was, but it's the only one I've been in...

I haven't swapped it yet, but I will work anyone who wants it - if nothing else I'll put it in my STS shop, though at a pricey 3 points!

And it depends what season you're going for, there are several different patterns! I don't actually know how long mine is, but I also don't care about the certification. I'll probably do another one some day, using a pattern from the doctorwhoscarf website...

Eh, I think it was pretty awesome, but I like both ridiculously tiny and ridiculously huge things! She told me she's going to use it as a curtain scarf/valance, and it makes me want one! How awesome would that be for a nerd room?!

You deserve a whole bag of jelly babies for that, Smeddley. Fantastic!

Hehe, thanks! Now I just have to figure out what to do with it...  someone will be the recipient of all those hours of knitting, one of these days...

It was the spell my name swap, and I've seen that scarf in person. Wink I remember it! My scarf has nothing on that one!

Yeah, crochet stitches are taller, so the same number of rows is going to make it way way way longer! This pattern was written in inches, so you could use it as a crochet pattern. Cheesy  You know, if you ever want to try it again... Cheesy

Brief Description: I know there are a lot of iterations of this scarf, that he wore different ones on different seasons, but this one is from the Dr Who Pattern Book (thank you, Interlibrary Loan program!).  I'm not sure why I picked this one (although the fewer stitches were nice, I do like purple and would have been happy with that addition)
