1  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Covered Tea Light / Votive Candle Holders (slightly image plump) on: October 29, 2010 07:37:13 PM
oooooh that looks really neat.
2  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: Few super cute outfits I made! :) on: October 28, 2010 01:01:44 PM
Those are all adorable! If you sewed a cookie on the shirt it might help tie it all together but it doesn't really "need" it. I love the matchy outfits for the pumpkin patch too. Great job.
3  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Perler Bead Coasters- Mario Stars on: October 28, 2010 12:52:41 PM
Just a set of perler bead coasters. I find the counting aspect of it therapeutic. Then melting things is fun too lol. My little brother is the artistic one and I bribed him to make a graph for some pixelated video game art. I gave these to my dad a couple father's days ago.

These are very pretty. I think you should go with a yellow/orange/red color scheme next too. These look like something you'd buy in a fancy pants shop.  Smiley

I love this idea. I think this is the first craft I'm going to make after I finish getting my apartent packed up and moving into my mom's house. I'm a sap who has saved every scribbled I love you note and can't seem to throw them away. This seems very cleansing.
6  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Gourds! Gourds! and more GOURDS!! a tutorial on: October 28, 2010 11:52:15 AM
These are so neat. I love the bird house. I had no idea it took so long for them to dry out.

These are beautiful. I love how intricate they are.
8  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: what to do with all these watermelons? on: August 01, 2010 02:18:11 PM
Have you tried cubing/balling the watermelon and then freezing it? It changes the texture a bit and watermelon is best when it's really really cold. You can also make watermelon lemonade. Watermelon and lemon or lime granita is yummy too.

I love love love your inchies. What do you use to "color" them? They're so vibrant and textured and blended perfectly. I don't know if that made any sense.
10  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: First Quilt AKA what was I thinking? on: July 31, 2010 08:44:08 PM
This looks really really neat. It's very patch work quilty. Did you start with the center like a log cabin blanket? at least I think that's what it's called?
