2  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Zombie Mad Hatter Costume Help! on: September 29, 2011 04:04:44 PM
Zombie Crawl is less than a month away. I'm going to be the mad hatter. I already have the hat. What I need is suggestions for a tim burtonesque style costume. I would like suggestions for cheap stuff for example things I can find at a thrift store because they are going to be bloodied and torn up and whatnot. Any ideas on costume pieces or accesories would be greatly appreciated.
3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Broken Zipper on: July 02, 2011 02:21:21 PM
I have a really cute skirt my friend gave me that zips up the side. Unfortunately the zipper broke. I was wondering if it would mess up the skirt if I tried to remove the zipper and maybe just sewed up the side or added buttons or something to keep it closed? Also is it hard to remove a zipper?
4  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Shower stand into bird feeder help on: May 16, 2011 10:51:46 AM
We have an old shower stand we don't use anymore. I want to make it into a birdfeeder but the baskets are small metal pieces kind of like wire but thicker. I have photos but don't know how to post them on here. If someone could tell me I will put a picture up. But I was wondering what I could line the bottom of the baskets with to keep the birdseed in?
5  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Old shower stand into bird feeder help on: May 16, 2011 10:49:15 AM
We have an old shower stand that we don't use anymore and I was thinking of turning it into a bird feeder. The only problem is that the baskets on it are wire baskets is the best way I can explain it. I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion of what I could line the bottoms with to keep the bird seed in. I have pictures but think I messed up on how to put them in my post. If someone could tell me how to do that I"ll put up a photo of the basket

My boyfriend and I have some friends who are big drinkers. For a late christmas present we wanted to decorate some beer mugs for them. We went to hobby lobby and they have glass etching materials but we had no idea what we should use. We dont want to put anything to intricate on the glasses just some words and maybe a picture. Any suggestions or tips on what we should use would be very helpful. Preferably something that will still allow the cups to be washed.
