What awesome packages!  Merry Christmas everyone

I received an excellent package from TwistedTruth!  She claimed me for granny's daughters, wall art for my mother, and cat toys.  It was a great package!

I was honestly a little apprehensive that Oreo wouldn't do anything with the toys, since she's going on nine years and doesn't do much anymore (even for a cat), but she fell in love with them right away.  She was chewing and rubbing her face all over them for a good half hour before she dropped them behind the couch.



There was also a lovely photo on canvas.  It's hard to see here, but it says "Following behind the Great Shepherd one step at a time..."  


I put the granny's daughters in my stash before I thought to take a picture, but she sent several and they are much appreciated!  Thanks for a great package TwistedTruth!

I received a wonderful package from sweetyetevil yesterday.  A pair of stay-put kitchen towels for a friend of mine.  I love them and I know she will, too.

Wow!  What amazing packages.  I am salivating over the Welsh dragon embroidery -- DH's family is Welsh and his mother would go nuts over that beautiful piece!

I love the paper dolls   Takes me back to getting my American Girl magazine every month, haha.

The 30th sounds good to me!  I probably won't be able to get in another claim, but maybe 

One of my DH's good friends is taking him hunting for the first time next week, so I'm going to make them some pocket hand & boot warmers.  They're just like little rice hot packs, very quick and simple to make.  I always microwave a few and then put them in my boots before I go out in the snow -- warms them up nice after getting chilly sitting on the porch!
