I don't see why not. The best way to toast the marshmallows are over an open fire but I've also seen s'more recipes that call for them toasted under a broiler or microwaved, right on top of the graham cracker.
My Pillsbury cookbook is my go-to for stuff like this. How about goulash? You serve it over egg noodles. I've. never tried it but it sounds yummy
2 lb. beef stew, trimmed of fat 1/4 cup flour 2 T. oil 2-3 small sliced onions 1 chopped green pepper 1 clove minced garlic (I'd use more myself) 1 T. paprika 2 t. salt 1 t. marjoram (If you don't have this, I'd substitute thyme or basil myself) 1/4 t. pepper 1 lb can undrained crushed tomatoes 1.5 cups water 3 T. flour 1/2 cup water
Coat beef cubes with 1/4 cup flour. Brown beef and onions in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients (with the exception of the 3T. flour and 1/2 cup water) and simmer 2 hours or until meat is tender. To thicken, mix the 3 T. flour with 1/2 cup cool water. Stir into meat mixture, bring to boil stirring constantly. Serve over noodles.
