1  Little Black Top in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by jamaicaplainjen on: September 23, 2007 07:15:24 PM

So I made the LBT using the recommended classic elite provence and was not impressed with the way it knit up. I've made sweaters using tahki cotton classic and would recommend that for anyone considering this top. But it's comfy and you can't go wrong with basic black.

3  Amy Butler kimono robe in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by jamaicaplainjen on: July 29, 2007 06:04:24 PM
This was my first kimono robe, I also made one for a friend and for some reason I had more trouble the second time. It's super comfy, but sure doesn't photograph well!

4  Amy Butler Lounge pants in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by jamaicaplainjen on: July 29, 2007 06:03:05 PM
I made the Amy Butler pj pants, but without the drawstring. I'm all about elastic. They were a cinch to make - can't wait to make another pair.

Hi!

I knit these from knitty's blu pattern using rowan denim. They were kind of putzy to make, but I think they turned out well.

9  Re: "Tempting" knitalong - Winter Knitty in Knitalongs by jamaicaplainjen on: January 16, 2006 08:21:23 PM

I just finished my tempting. But it's too cold to wear it. That won't stop me from making tempting 2.0. I used Cascade and am pretty happy with the result. The color in this photo isn't great - the ribbon is more green than yellow.

Here's my first attempt at sewing in decades. I needed a convenient way to carry dog treats and poop bags. Thanks for the inspiration! I copped out and used ribbons, instead of the clasp.
