thanks for all the lovely replies, they do make some noise when the wind is going. The Abalone (Haliotis Iris) stays with its colours for the beauty of New Zealand and the Pacific Ocean. The meat is black and tasts really yumm. The shell as also the seldom pearls you can find in every 100.000 of them, is used to make beautiful jewellery out of it. However the birds in our garden just appreciate the cool drink out of it
