Hi everyone,
This is my first post in the Polymer Clay: Completed projects, I have recently been asking a lot of questions in the discussion and question board associated with this board.
My Little sister (Of 10) loves that I've gotten into Polymer Clay, because that means that I'll make her some things occasionally. She was recently searching around for Polymer clay food blogs and found a bunch of them (Mostly:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=349132.0). Anyway, she made a word document and copied and pasted a bunch of pictures, sent them to me in an email and said "
When you get the chance, could you make some of these?" -- She didn't include websites,
So I can't give credit to the people that originally came up with them
I tried to make them as best I could, after I finished with all my exams. (Still waiting to get the results back, fingers crossed I do well

). I first made all of the actual polymer clay figures, and had them sitting around in a shelving unit for a bit, because I had NO idea of what to put them on. I then thought a few nights ago when I couldn't go to sleep. CARDBOARD!!! In the morning, I took some cardboard and either covered it in Aluminum Foil, or coloured paper.
Here are some of the things, she asked me to make........
The first was breakfast(ish):

Blueberry pancakes, with syrup, and more pancakes on the side. I actually burned the blueberries on the pancake so before I give them to my sister, I hope to remake that one.
Dessert:

Pretty much just: Cookies, eclair, muffins, and other goodies
Cookies, that my sister actually made:

She was very proud with how they turned out, and so was I!! We used paint for the frosting, the only problem was it bubbled a bit while we baked it, but hey, It was a learning experience!!
Lemon chocolate cake, baking in progress:

I gotta work on the glueing part, that part didn't go the best, but I hope with more projects like this, I'll improve.
Icing the cakes:

I was a bit disappointed with the 'icing' in the bowls, it caved in a bit when it dried overnight.
That's all for now

I have a few more projects, but I think I'll save that all for another thread.
Comments are always appreciated!!!
