Hello Babies!!
Happy Fiber Friday!!
I haven't been spinning as much as I'd like to lately. I've got a number of excuses in my back pocket ready to go, my numero uno excuse is that I live in south Texas and it's waaaay too hot to function right now. Summer is going to be a tough one!
I've been trying to perfect my techniques with making consistent 'proper yarn' as I call it. They take ages, yo!
Here's my work so far:

New Day207 yards of corriedale wool
Hand dyed by Amy King from my Spunky Fiber Club subscription. It's like christmas every month when I get this stuff in the mail!
Soul Windowscorriedale wool and nylon
I do not like this photo at all, I will have to redo it and check back with ya'll later. I do however love the yarn! This photo really doesn't do it justice. It's my first really 'proper' three-ply and it's so even (for me) it makes me giggle. I keep thinking "oh hey! I made that!"
I don't think I can knit these just yet, I love looking at them too much, so I hung them on my wall

Happy Fiber Friday ya'll!
With love from Texas,
xoxo Talia
