1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / An accidental LOST Necklace on: February 27, 2010 03:08:03 AM
So I put together this necklace yesterday and was thinking of a name for it and the name "The Black Rock" popped into my brain. Still can't believe how completely fitting it is! Or I may just be a complete fangirl Tongue

2  U.K. AND IRELAND / ENGLAND / Re: People from the Midlands, say hi? on: January 31, 2009 04:41:41 AM
HI THERE FROM BRUM!! Cheesy
I'm not actually FROM brum per se but I'm studying at the uni right now so technically I guess you could say I'm from here at the moment.

Anyone know any bead stores/craft stores in Birmingham?

Wow! I've seen those dress jewellery holders EVERYWHERE and as pretty as they are, they cost an arm and a foot. So great work on making your own! I'm sufficiently jealous of your dress sewing skills. Loving the colours on the it Smiley

That's really beautiful lilylola!
I always envy people who can do such stunning wire work because I struggle with it myself, techniques and all. I really love what you've done with it Smiley

Great work!
10  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Re: Etsy Sellers, how do you feel about on: September 06, 2008 09:26:41 AM
Well, I've just started up my etsy but I've been selling online for a while now. I haven't run into any situations where a refund is needed but my policy is that such cases should be considered individually.

If, for example, a buyer changed her/his mind and wanted a return and refund, I wouldn't allow that. If there were defects in the item sold however, I would definitely consider a refund, return or exchange. It's all really dependant on how you want to go about doing it Smiley As a buyer though, I feel that every store should have a policy on returns or refunds JUST in case.
