My husband and I brown bag our lunches everyday for work. When I saw these snack bags (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=342887.0
), I thought they would be perfect for veggies and grapes and such. However, I'm having problems sewing the PEVA liners. For those of you who haven't worked with it - it's a very thin, vinyl-type material. When I sew it, the bottom thread bunches (in big loops). I've tried changing the tension and am going to try changing to a different sized needle next. Does anyone have any other ideas? Would using tear-away paper maybe help? Also, I just oiled the machine (so I know all is in working order there).
Thanks for everyone who can offer suggestions. I've had to walk away from this project until I can work out the kinks.
