1  Lloyd Irving from Tales of Symphonia in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by Spoopy on: April 03, 2013 04:20:14 PM
After replaying this game and watching the anime they made of it I decided I needed my very own Lloyd! He is a heavily modified version of about 4 different basic doll patterns. Cheesy  His hair was a pain since it is so spiky. Why can't japanese characters have easier to make hair! Angry

His double sword belts were made from felt.

you can even see that I put his cruxis crystal on his hand and he has his little scarf tail things too.

I'm thinking of making him some swords at some point. Not sure if I should go for felt or clay.

What do you think?

2  Re: Doctor Who Round 7 Gallery in The Swap Gallery by Spoopy on: October 19, 2012 03:03:36 PM
I recieved a few days ago from Medusalisa, I'm sorry it took so long the store I'm working at is moving and the last few days have been insane since their have been moving guys taking product to the new store (which is a few doors down in the strip mall) and the store was open during all this so I pretty much worked and then went to bed! Anyway my package is amazing and I was spoiled so much! Take a look at be jealous!  Grin

First up is a set of knit TARDIS wrist warmers right off my pinterest! I have warn them already and they fit perfect.

Next is some awesome pop art of the master, 10th doctor and a dalek!

Next is a piece of the TARDIS! I almost screamed when I pulled this out of the box.

And here is I think my favorite part of the package, A FREAKING REMOTE CONTROL DALEK!  Shocked

Isn't it amazing! I couldn't believe it when I saw it. Sadly the car had been turned on during the trip so the batteries are dead, but when I get some more (it takes 6 and I don't have that many lying around) the exterminating will begin!  Grin

I also got some Texas things since that is where she is from. I didn't get a picture of the cups but I did of this:

I can now make Texas toast!  Wink (I laughed when I first realized this!)

Thank you so much Medusalisa! This has been like the best swap ever, I was so happy and excited about everything!

3  My TARDIS Magnet in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by Spoopy on: July 31, 2012 06:09:13 AM
Here is a TARDIS magnet I made the other day for a friend whom is also a big fan of Dr. Who. I had all this dark blue Premo clay laying around and it was begging to be made into a TARDIS. I think I am going to have to make another one for myself. I haven't made many things with clay yet, and I don't have alot of money to spend on crazy clay tools and glazes and I am horrible at drawing (therefore I find my clay creations don't turn out the proper size or shape Tongue ) but I am pretty pleased with how it turned out.  Smiley

What do you think??

This amazing Tardis tote bag! I love it so much and now I have a new bag to bring my lunch and other things in to work with!  Grin

I also recieved some amazing hand drawn sketches of the four main characters from the BBC show Merlin but my camera sucks and all I get when I take pictures is blurry photos.  Embarrassed If you have any pics Super_Ted please post them!

Once again thank you so much for this awesome package!

I recieved an amazing package from LielC! I'm sorry it took so long to post pictures but I have been under alot of stress in the last week and made some huge life choices/changes and have been having many life talks with friends and family. This package came just when I needed a surprise to relieve some of the stress and boy was it a wonderful surprise!  Grin

She sent the most beautiful knit hooded scarf (scoodie)! I am in awe of her knitting skills  Shocked I can only crochet myself but I love the look of knitted projects.

The color is this amazing dark blue/purple. It looks much better in person. I know it will look amazing with my black peacoat! Here is a close up to show the stiches. I love knit cables!

Too bad it is the middle of summer here and a heat wave to boot! I almost wish it was winter so that I could wear it now...almost  Wink I do love my sun  Cool Thanks again LielC!

I have recieved from Caranth! Everyone get ready beacause she sent an amazing package. It was totally worth the long wait (UK to Canada takes a lifetime!  Tongue )

First up a Sue hat and a bob key chain including some of toot toot's favorite food pizza!

Here are the extras and the card she sent. I love doctor who so these are awesome!

And the most epic of all...... Harry and Mouse stuffies!  Shocked These are so amazing Harry's jacket and boots are removable and Mouse just looks great and he is huge like he should be!  Grin

here is another picture to get a better look at what Mouse looks like. I think I'm going to make a little wooden staff for harry, so I'll post a new picture when I do!

Caranth also sent a painted blanket (I think?) of a dragon but I don't have pictures of it since it's so large. Do you have any pics caranth? It really is a great job looks just like Haku's dragon form in spirited away. Anyway thanks so much Caranth you really went above and beyond as a partner! I feel so spoiled and I hope you enjoyed this swap as much as I did!

10  Zack the zombie! in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by Spoopy on: September 27, 2011 01:51:04 PM
Meet Zack the zombie! I made him for Spookypooky in the last one tiny stuffie swap. She wanted something for halloween and so he was born...or died... you know what I mean  Roll Eyes

As you can see he's in rough shape, missing an arm, most of his hair and almost one eye (it's still dangling!  Wink ). He also has a bum foot and is a messy eater (look at how bloody his hand is and his mouth!  Cheesy ) His favorite snack is brains of course so I made him a little brain snack (it's there on the ground in front of him) to take with him on his trip to his new home.

What do you think?
