That's really awesome! How big did it turn out?

I love the details and the summoning circle looks really nice brightened up. I've never played Chrono Trigger but I'm familiar with it :3 Nice job!

What brand/s of beads did you use?
82  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Bento Swap Round 4 - Signups through 5/1, Send by 6/7 on: April 29, 2010 06:26:57 PM
Aww man! This would be an awesome swap to join but I can't... darn. Maybe if there's a round 5 I'll be eligible by then. I'm fairly new into bentoing. I love it so far :3

I'm still going to keep my eye on this one to see what everyone makes!

I do Alorra, I also like to read lunchinabox, and the archives of www.cookingcute.com have some interesting recipes though they don't currently update.

That's actually the tutorial that I decided to go with X3 Thank you!

I hope it does look good once I'm done :3 And I know about the tension issues. I keep checking them against each other as I go to make sure they're all the same size. I don't have all the yarn I need yet though. I'm thinking of dying some since I have 5 different shades of grey in there. I'm too stubborn to try and change the colors all down.

My squares are coming out right at an inch and a half so the finished product should be 3ft 10.5ins by 5ft 1.5 ins Unless I mess it all up XD

This'll be my first big project too. I didn't know how to do a granny square until I decided to try this project ^_^ Just scarves, hats, and a few random amigurumi creatures.

Heh, it'll probably take me forever with the sprite I've chosen to recreate in blanket form X3

It's Will from Illusion of Gaia. I just couldn't find a Link that I really wanted to do. Perhaps some other time. This one is gonna take me forever X3 Specially since I need 19 different colors, but I'm stubborn.

Ooooh... I wanna try something like this... I'll just have to find a good sprite to work with. Maybe the Hylian Crest... or something from Kingdom Hearts... hmmmm...

Ah Minathia for your problems with the picture try saving it in .png format. Jpg's really like to mess with quality but PNG's take up the least room and keep the quality of the picture. I love playing with paint and learned that early on when I messed a sprite I had worked on for hours X-x Had to redo it nearly from scratch. I still mess up sometimes X3

(Edit: Oh wow... sorry I didn't see how long ago the last post was. I hope this one maybe comes back together... I'd still love to try it out. I can always do it alone)
87  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: I'm in love with triptychs now haha on: April 18, 2010 07:29:16 PM
I love the one with the cattails, and the last one with the trees on blue. So very pretty. You did really wonderful on these. I might try my hand at something like this myself if I can ever get myself back in gear and doing art again.

Really, I'd love to have some of those on my walls :3 Not that I have much wall space ATM X3

I'd love to get in on this swap, though I haven't been here long enough nor do I have enough posts to enter. Maybe by the time it gets up and going I will though :3

So many nice ideas. Looking at some of those blogs really made what started out to be a dreary day for me fairly cheery. Especially Katies blog that MareMare mentioned. I have lots of things I want to try but nothing to craft them with ATM. Looks like a trip to Walmart is in order after work. Also I wanna try my hand at making a chunky book for my Ma.

How about this? http://operationbeautiful.com/ Doesn't have to be super crafty but what a nice way to give someones day a lift!

Heh, this would be my first post! Hi there, I'm Kurai!
