LolaandBean:  I buy all of my eyes from Suncatcher Eyes.  There are a huge variety of sizes and colors...which I LOVE!!!  Another way to go is buy clear eyes, and you can use paint or even nail polish on the back side to get any color you want!!!

I have the same problem.  I usually just make sure the color change row is in the back of the ami where it won't be as noticeable.

Out of the countless plushies and I have made, I have only sold 5 of them.  Even then, I kept worrying that the guy who bought them felt ripped off (I sold him four 14" plushies for $50.00 total) It is really hard to price them!!!  I definitely like the idea of selling them to kids for a lower price!!!
