| Brief Bio, News in Your Life, etc: | i am just a big kid. i started sewing 22 years ago...that's right...since i was 5 months old  i would pick it up and drop it every now and then until i was 13. i went to the denver school of the arts, where i specialized in costuming, and awakened the designer in me. in high school, i went to a a specialized career driven school where i was able to study fashion design for 3 1/2 years...my passion was still costuming, though. i graduated early, turning down an internship at the denver center for the performing arts...DUMBEST DECISION EVER!!!! i continued making costumes for friends and family, and then i got the surprise of a lifetime...my daughter, and then a couple years later, my son. in 2008, i decided to try to make a plushie...that is where the addiction started, and led me to craftster...... |
