21  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Crochet Earrings on: May 24, 2010 01:35:26 PM
So, I've been crocheting these earrings up the wazoo lately.
I thought I' share a few.
The backs of them are reinforced so they aren't too flimsy. They're super fun to make.
The first set glows in the dark! Neato, right ?

Thanks for takin' a gander! Roll Eyes

22  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Freeform Jellyfish Crochet Hat on: May 13, 2010 11:50:00 AM
This hat made made with jellyfish as inspiration.
The tendrils measure 2 feet and 6 inches long. They look great hanging and even better wrapped.

23  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Baby Dress Set on: May 11, 2010 10:21:06 AM
I made this set!
The pattern can be found on ravelry as the 'sleeper set'. But not for the hat. I just whipped that up to match! Grin

24  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Ribbed Beanies on: May 07, 2010 11:08:40 AM
I made some beanies while listening to the buddy holly collection in it's entirety... twice. They're not as wacky as my other hats but I like 'em.

25  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / SCRUMBLING beanie on: May 05, 2010 10:22:42 AM
I love making freeform stuff. I used bulky yarn this time, which I don't normally use. I like it alright! It was alpine wool and acrylic. I like to keep the crazy on one side because I really like a disconnected look.

Thanks fer lookin'!
26  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Freeform and sack hats on: April 29, 2010 08:25:12 PM
So, again... I matched up all my little scraps and balls of yarn and made some hats!

Thanks for lookin'!!
27  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Freeform Crochet Beanie on: April 14, 2010 09:47:06 AM
I took all over my left over yarns, ones of the antiqueish color and made this hat!
I used wool, cotton and acrylic.
I'd like to mainly focus on this type of thing.

Thanks fer lookin'  Cheesy
28  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / What's the name of that stitch...? on: April 13, 2010 10:44:09 AM
The one that is often used in freeform crochet or sea themed crochet pieces ?
29  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Corkboard Zombies on: April 13, 2010 05:22:30 AM
So, I never draw unless I have absolutely nothing to do. On one of those boring days, I whipped up these guys. They're on 3x5 corkboard. I used markers and charcoal.
The boy zombie is modeled after my boyfriend.

Thanks fer lookin'!

30  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Baby Girl Dresses on: April 13, 2010 05:17:35 AM
So, I found this great pattern online for a sleeper and altered it a bit. They're very easy to make and only take a few hours.
The purple on is made from alpaca yarn and the orange on is cotton.
The dresses are made for 0 to 3 month old little ones.

Also, this is my first time posting pictures Smiley

 Thanks fer lookin'!
