31  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: mail art drawings on: May 22, 2010 09:06:41 AM
This is such a neat idea! I love the scribbly quality your drawings have - it's chaotic without being messy.
32  CLOTHING / Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Completed Projects / Re: Orange Floral "Monstrosity" needs some love! on: May 22, 2010 06:17:27 AM
If you love it, you should wear it because that's all that matters. I like it a lot - I am completely in love with that print.
33  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: Ambiguous art, a few paintings. on: May 20, 2010 09:54:08 PM
I love your style. It's got a sort of pop art combined with southwestern art feel to it. What are your influences?
34  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: barbed wire bracelet on: May 20, 2010 09:51:26 PM
That is so cool! I bet you end up getting tons of comments on it when you wear it out.
35  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Vintage Sewing Supplies Photo on: May 18, 2010 10:46:34 AM

This is just a photo I snapped for my craft blog so I could have something interesting to put in my welcome post. The scissors and button packet are from a sewing kit that belonged to my great-grandmother and the red thing they're resting on is just a hardback book. The nice coloring and contrast is the result of a Photoshop action I downloaded (work smarter, not harder kids Grin).

Super quick and simple, but I quite like it.
36  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Mother's Day Card on: May 17, 2010 01:31:01 PM

So, way after the fact: Mother's Day card.

Made for my super-awesome mom with Photoshop. Printed on cardstock for durability. The font is Honey Script. The flowers are a pattern that I got...um, somewhere (I really can't remember, eek).

Inside view:

You can find my full Mother's Day post here on my blog.

Oh man, I don't know if I have the time/money to do this right now, but I so want to.

I'm super excited that it's happening though, craftster needs more Glee crafts!
39  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / Re: really terrible kitchen units? on: May 12, 2010 05:54:25 AM
I've never used it, but I've heard good things about Krylon Fusion spray paint. It's what I'm planning to use whenever I finally get around to painting my gross pre-fab bookshelves.
40  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: My first glass tile pendants (pic heavy!) on: May 10, 2010 08:14:04 AM
These look great! Twiggy and the Eiffel Tower are my favorites.
